General rental conditions

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Maisons de Salon gîtes are rented for a fixed period. The tenant cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
DESCRIPTIONS OF THE LODGINGS
The equipment and services included are described on the pages:
USE OF PREMISES
You will enjoy the accommodation of your choice, in a peaceful manner and we ask you to make good use of it while respecting the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lodges. An ashtray is available outside.
At the end of your stay, you must, if necessary, put all the furniture back in order as it was found upon entering, clean and put away all the kitchen equipment, sort the household waste and place it in the containers provided. for this purpose. Finally, you will collect all the dirty laundry in the bag provided for this purpose and leave it at the entrance to the gîte.
We thank you for remembering to notify us of any malfunction (burnt bulb, leaks, etc.)
The tenant is responsible for damages arising from his cause and will take care to have insurance related to the risks of the stay.
The private swimming pool heated can be used all day and night. It is open from April 1 to October 15. Its use is carried out under the full responsibility of the tenant. The latter undertakes in particular to never leave a child unsupervised within the perimeter of the swimming pool.
On the day of departure, in order to allow perfect restoration, we thank you for vacating your gîte by 09:30 a.m. at the latest.
OCCUPANTS
The number of people present in the accommodation cannot under any circumstances exceed the capacity indicated on the gîte pages of our site without prior agreement from us.
If accepted, a supplement will be applied.
PETS
Only one pet, dog or cat is accepted, the tenant being responsible for their comings and goings, as well as their cleanliness.
RESERVATION – PAYMENT
Reservations for lodgings are made:
- Online on our website;
- By phone +33 689 335 358
The reservation becomes effective once you have paid:
- The deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay;
- The balance 30 days before the start of your stay.
If your reservation is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, you will be asked for the full amount of your stay.
You can pay by card or bank transfer. In this latter case you have 7 working days for us to receive the amount of the deposit or the balance on the bank account indicated in the email notifications sent following your reservation.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
Any cancellation must be notified by email, from the email mailbox that initiated the reservation.
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days from the arrival date.
If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please contact us by telephone 06 89 33 53 58 or by email from the contact page.
In the event of a shortened stay at your discretion, the total amount of the initially planned stay remains due to the owner.
If you do not show up on the scheduled day of your arrival, the deposit remains with us and we will have the accommodation. In the event of cancellation by us, we will refund the entire deposit to you.
